Where are you located?
Cream Ridge, New Jersey.
Do you offer returns?
Most of our products are custom-made to order and we can not offer returns on those items. If it is a more generic item then yes, please contact us at info@goatridgedesigns.com. All returns are on an as-is basis. Each situation will vary but if you are not happy with your product in any way shape or form due to a defect or damage in shipping we will make it right.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to verified First Responders and Veterans and Active Military through GOVX link on our website.
How do I track my shipment?
We will email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Can I email my own artwork over to have it engraved?
Yes please send your artwork to info@goatridgedesigns.com. Let's get your artwork onto something that will last a lifetime.
I do not have a design, can you design one for me?
Yes. Please email us what you have in mind. For basic designs like line images and text, we do not charge. If you are looking to design a company logo or something more detailed, based on the complexity of the design, fees start at $50.00
Can I pick out more than one hat color or tumbler color for my order?
Yes, you can mix and match colors. Please email us at info@goatridgedesigns.com with what colors you would like, and we can create a listing just for you.
How do I place a custom order?
Send us a message at info@goatridgedesigns.com and let us know what you are thinking. We can help you come up with a design. If you have a picture of an idea of something you like or dislike, the more info the better so we can help understand and knock your design out of the park.
Do I (the customer) need to supply the product/or materials?
-Depending on the project and design we will most likely pull from our inventory or order your piece from one of our suppliers. If you have a sentimental piece that you would like engraved, you can ship it to us, or if you are local we could arrange for drop off or pick up.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We welcome all orders large and small and give each piece the same amount of attention to detail as if it were to be placed in our own home.
Do you have a setup fee?
No!
Do you give bulk discounts on larger orders?
Yes, the more you order, the more we work with you.
What are the usual turnaround times on custom orders?
Usually 1 week, excluding holidays, times will vary depending on orders and available inventory here at Goat Ridge Designs and at our supplier’s warehouses, but we will be upfront with you and inform you at the time of your placing order.
How do I care for my cutting board?
We recommend hand washing and not putting it in the dishwasher. If the wood starts to look a little dry, you can re-coat it with cutting board oil which you can source locally. Coating with cutting oil will help the wood not crack, especially on segmented pieces.
